Once you've decided to contact us for a quotation our friendly and professional ofice staff will book a mutually convenient time for our surveyor to call.

During this visit he will assess all your removal requirements and discuss with you all the services we can provide. Professional guidence is offered without obligation before any move.

Shortly after our surveyors visit you will receive your quotation together with the insurance documents and terms and conditions. We will also provide you with a moving plan to inform you of exactly how we will undertake your removal.

If you decide to have a pack service, our highly trained staff use only the very best materials. If you decide to pack yourselves, we can provide you with free loan cartons which can be delivered to your door prior to your removal as well as wardrobe cartons so that all your clothes can remain on hangers whilst in transit. You can also purchase packing materials (see Packing Materials) from us at very competeetive prices. All our vehicles come equiped with settee covers, mattress bags and carpet protectors.

All our staff are very experienced and have undergone training at a BAR accredited training facility.
